Reached out to Bill to have an antenna removed. He replied quite fast and seemed professional. A couple days later he showed up to my house unannounced asking if he could do the work at that moment, however I was at work so there was nothing I could do. After that he ignored all my attempts to contact him.
We needed a cell signal booster at our rural location. Called Bill and he delivered and installed 2 days later. We are now consistently getting 5 bars signal strength v. 2-3 bars before. Very reasonable price to install considering roof access and fishing wire through wall.
Check your prices! A bought a TV signal booster here and the next day found a store selling the same one for about 1/3 of the price and it wasn't even on sale!
Bought a antenna booster in November 6 months later it quit working. Customer service showed up turns out my 10 year old coax cable was chewed through. Good job finding the problem
**BEWARE** They DO NOT GROUND THE ANTENNAS My house was hit by lighting last summer (because of the antenna) I lost 2 tvs my salt system for the pool was fried and the lighting also fried my entire video surveillance system Today while changing the cameras a burning hole was located underneath the eavesthrough I consider myself lucky my house didnt burn down I got them to remove the antenna and I refused to pay Reason given for not grounding the antenna: because it attracks more lighting!?!?!
