Major improvements with staff. Changing my 1 star review because of Heather. She made our night better. She deserves a raise for carrying the soul of that place on her back.
We weren't planning on going out. But myself and my friend got a little tipsy. We came with my brother and his girlfriend. The service was great for the most part. But there was one server jessica that was rude and cold and ignored us and wouldn't even give us the time of day. It was fun but id consider not going back because of that!!!
This was my first visit to Burke Steiner’s Pub & Grill, and it was an excellent experience. I enjoyed a refreshing Kawartha Lakes Lager and some delicious wings. Both the food and service were outstanding — the staff were friendly, attentive, and welcoming. I also loved the cozy atmosphere and inviting environment. Overall, it’s a fantastic place to relax and enjoy great food and drinks!
Great place to relax play some pool or darts and watch the games on the many TV screens .The food is amazing and you can't beat the price or deals . The bartenders are awesome% Heather and Emily are my favorites .
Good, generous servings of pub food. Vegetarian friendly. Great prices. Excellent prices on daily specials. Their garden salad includes spinach, other greens & lots of vegetables. Very friendly personable waitress. Enjoyable music played at a level to allow for conversation
Nothing to complain about here. Even the seating and tables were very comfortable. Our booth was super nice. The server was as good as it gets. We'll be back !
My Grandpa and I decided to eat here, and are glad that we did. He had an Atlantic salmon dish, which was apparently great and “one of the best he’s ever had,” which says a lot given how much fish he eats. My stir fry was good, as were the fries. The service was excellent.
