I had an amazing experience purchasing my wedding dress at Joy Bridal. All the staff were super friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. Rachel was amazing to work with, very patient, and helped me find the perfect dress. I felt comfortable at every appointment and never felt pressured to buy a dress. Joy bridal also had wedding designers that other stores didn't carry and had more modern styles. I would highly recommend getting your dress at Joy bridal.

I had such an amazing experience getting my dress from Joy Bridal Boutique. The girls are absolutely incredible. They are both so kind and caring and made each appointment at the store so memorable. They never made me feel pressured to get a dress and helped me find the right one for me. They even reached out the week of my wedding which was so kind!! I'd recommend anyone to go to this store to find their dress. I absolutely loved mine and I drove from Toronto just to see them! :)
It was my first time dress shopping annd turned out to be my last because I found my dress! It was an absolute pleasure working with Helena, she was patient, kind and asked me after trying on each dress what I loved/didn’t love about it. Each dress I tried on I liked, she really understood my style. I was able to find my dress, it was unique, versatile (for two different looks for my ceremony and reception), and I got it as a sample dress for more than 50% off! I brought my two sisters and mom, and we did not feel rushed and it was a very relaxing experience. They also gave me a recommendation for a seamstress that does cleaning and alterations in Whitby, Couture Alterations and Gown Services. Thank you again Helena for all your help! :)
