On Sunday, the store was noticeably understaffed, leading to a disorganized and frustrating fitting room experience. There was no clear system for assigning rooms or managing the queue, causing customer confusion and a visible line. The lack of staff presence meant there was no one to assist or clarify the process. At one point, my privacy was compromised when another customer, unable to find help, directly interrupted my session. This poor organization made customers feel disrespected and failed to protect our privacy, resulting in an overall unpleasant shopping experience."
I found the boots I wanted online with a very reasonable price. The customer service was on point and greatly appreciated. Very happy with my visit to this store. Money well spent!! Thank you

Above and beyond customer service provided by Susan when I phoned looking for a winter coat. She not only contacted stores in Ontario but all over Canada. So appreciate all the effort on a busy Saturday morning.
Ex customer service!! I've never shopped there before. I bought a pair of winter boots, that went on sale the week after, $70 dollars cheaper. I called the store and asked if they would refund the difference and they did!! So I went back and they recognized me from the purchase the week before and remembered speaking with me on the phone, etc. This attention to customers does not happen much any more.
Very hard to find staff to assist in finding product or to use the change room. I thought it was a one time thing, but I have been multiple times and it wasn't. Managers standing around chatting with employees about personal things while customers wait to be assisted is truly unprofessional.
Nobody seems to care if you need help or not, grabbed the boots I wanted and waited 15 minutes in line behind only 5 other customers. I almost walked out without buying my boots. I prefer to support businesses in my own town but I probably will not return in the future.
