We had a very bad experience here at the walk clinic that endangered the life of our daughter. I contacted the walk in clinic and was told to call or email my complaint to the clinic manager as many have had negative experiences with the same doctor, including the nurses at the clinic (as stated by the receptionist on the phone). Upon further research I was mortified with find that this doctor has allegedly been charged with sexual misconduct (written in local news papers) and there were many disturbing reviews written about him online. I passed those onto the complaint department as well. The letter we received back basically stated that all doctors at this clinic are registered in good standing, with the college of physicians and they sent our complaints to the doctor in question. That is it! I am afraid it is going to take a death before something is done. I will be contacting the college of physicians in regard specifically to what happened with my daughter. I’m not holding my breath for anything to be done as our health care system appears to be seriously broken. Please consider going to 133 King street walk in clinic for care as many of these doctors, including the one in question, also work at Walmart.
Drove one hour with my baby for my appointment, there was zero parking so I was 10 minutes late to my appointment. Reception said they wouldn’t take me and can’t anything for me. Extremely disappointing seeing as I tried to call them three times letting them know with no answer. No solutions and no help at all RESPONSE; no there was actually zero construction vehicles and nothing indicating any expansion on your lot. Why would you lie about this? Such a disappointing office. I was headed to floor 3 to see dr and steph I believe is her name was the receptionist who could care less. I’m not sure who’s running this place but I wouldn’t recommend this Office to anyone!!! Problem on problems, you make people take time off work and when they arrive at your office you don’t even see them.
Total waste of time. There was no family doctor to see for months after Dr. Fueller left. My wife is pregnant for almost 7 months... only a nurse was taking appointments (after 2-3 week wait times). She never responded to the reports sent by various testing labs. She was unable to refer a gynacologist too. I would suggest not to go here unless only for walk in clinic only.
So hard to get through to reception, then they're always just so rude and impatient. This can't be the new accepted norm of patient care. Also, doctor follow up is poorly managed. Whoever owns this clinic needs to start paying support staff better and hire more. Clearly there is a lack of incentive to care.
Absolutely worst clinic I've ever been in. The sleep lab is a joke, nothing quiet about the room I was assigned to and the assistant kept waking me up. Then they say "we didn't get enough data, did you not try to get some sleep"? The general surgeons are lousy, they repaired my hernia, sent me back to work after 4 weeks and of course, within 1 week of framing, it tore back open and that's when I found out that they used the wrong mesh to repair the hernia in the first place. The reception desk had attitude every time I walked in and they overcharged me for paperwork. They charged me $80 for something that actually cost $40 as per their own price board. I paid, took my papaperwork then called the administrator who wasted hours of my time just to finally give me my $40 back! What a joke.
I am so impressed with this place. I called this morning telling them about my symptoms, the nurse came on and said even though they had reached their compacity, they wanted to see me. I had several side effects from my new medication for COPD. The receptionist was amazing. She put me right at ease when I got there. Dr. Sivapalan and her nurse were truly amazing. We need more people like them. I will definitely recommend this clinic for their caring and professionalism!! Thank you so much for putting my mind at ease. Having COPD is scary to have.
