I’m really unimpressed with this florist. I ordered a bouquet for my mom’s 60th birthday through a 3rd party website (1st mistake). Bev’s called me at 2:30 on Saturday to let me know about a delivery for my mom at her house. I called back and said sounds good send it out. Flowers never arrived. They are closed Sunday Monday. I get a call Tuesday that they want to deliver. I questioned why they didn’t deliver on Saturday like they said they were going to but they didn’t seem to know what I was talking about. I had to get the flowers delivered to my mom’s work due to no one being home to receive them. When the flowers arrived I was less than impressed with them. Not as advertised in the photos. I paid $85 for flowers that looked like a $25 bouquet from Metro. I won’t be ordering from here again. Also when I tried to reach out for a refund to both Bev’s and the 3rd party company I got no response.
My sister and I (from Ottawa) were in town for a Celebration of Life. We stopped in about 15-20 mins before close and we felt absolutely horrible for doing this. We work in hospitality and know how frustrating it is to walk in somewhere with in the final hour. Fantastic service and such a beautiful arrangement. 10/10
Bev's Filowers are beautiful. They are so aromatic. I have had roses last beautifully for at least weeks. Just remember to trim the stems every couple days along with the water. I highly recommend the bouquets and arrangements for any occasion. Thank you ladies, as always, a job well done.
Bev’s did a great job with the bouquet’s for my wedding. I asked for all white and she was able to incorporate a few specific flowers I requested. The flowers turned out beautiful!
Technically, she was closed today when I ordered these flowers for my girlfriend for our anniversary the lady was very nice on the phone and accommodating. She was in the shop, but they technically were closed and still made the flowers. I don’t understand why people leave bad reviews sometimes. For no reason 10/10 sometimes in life people just need a little patience
Ordered my wife a very expensive bouquet and chocolates for Valentine's Day that were supposed to be delivered to her work. Needless to say that they were not delivered to her work so, I called on my way home from work and was told that the driver was "just headed out the door." They offered to deliver them to my house which I was greatful and thankful for however, that was over 2 hours ago and I am still yet to see anything that I ordered. Bev's flowers completely ruined our Valentine's Day. I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years but I will be finding another florist as Bev's clearly does not understand how important timely deliveries can be, especially on days like Valentines Day. Update: flowers were finally delivered at 9:30pm but the chocolates I ordered were not delivered. I appreciate that the delivery guy stuck it out as late as he did to complete the delivery but it doesn't change the fact that they were delivered so late and that the chocolates weren't delivered at all.
Cute flower shop but I had a very weird experience today. There was nobody at the front desk when I went in. I had to keep saying, “hello, hello?” I got a creepy and erie vibe from the place. There was a man who wrapped my flowers who clearly doesn’t know how to wrap flowers, but he did his best. The lady was not the owner of the shop, but these two had a strange dynamic when I went in there. The lady was yelling from upstairs and the man was yelling back at her several times saying “AMBER, THERE’S A CUSTOMER IN HERE!!!” This yelling back and forth happened about 5 times. They were nice, but honestly it was just a creepy vibe. The flowers are top notch though for sure. I’m on the fence about going back ever again. Thank you though.
