When I went to get gas the pump was doing Wierd stuff like asked me to enter my points when I told it I didnt have them. It authorized my purchase but stopped $16 dollars short and the said maxi fuel limit reached. I went in told the guy inside and he informed me I had purchased a deluxe car wash. I told him I didn't and the pump seemed to be doing weired stuff like a button was sticky. He just smirked and said basically not his problem, I paid for it. I told him I want the money back and he said he can't once you purchase it its yours which I know can't be true. $16 for a carwash I didn't want. I felt ripped off. What a joke. Thanks Shell, great customer service.
Just don't waste your time.The car wash is always hitting people.. And they always just do whatever they can to be the most inconvenient and not help you
Don't use the carwash; it leaves your car dirtier than before, seems like there's a lot of debris in the water. Also when prepaying for the carwash at the pump, no receipt was provided. When asked for the code in the station, the CSR was a tad unfriendly for no reason.
Absolutely terrible experience when it comes to car wash here . The review box isnt long enough for my whole review so I will just say i absolutely havent had one good experience with their staff and car wash.
Aweful, last time at this station. They have made it too confusing. Why can you not use debit/credit at the pump?The whole point of being able to pay at pump, is the convenience. They have taken that away
recently visited the Shell Gas Station and had a great experience. The staff, especially Karampreet , was incredibly helpful and friendly. They efficiently handled my fuel needs and offered valuable advice on their loyalty program. The station was clean and well-maintained, with easy access and ample pumps. I also appreciated the convenience store's variety of snacks and drinks. Overall, a reliable place to refuel, thanks to excellent service!
Pump 3 has had a broken bottom right arrow button. Makes it impossible for me to pay at the pump. It's been like this for over a year. I've let them know multiple times but it never gets fixed Edit: Don't even know how old this review is. At least a year. Every winter its the same with this place. If you want to sell gas in Canada, you need to make sure the card readers work in the winter.
