Service is fantastic but the quality of the food has gone down while the price has gone up. I pick things up here out of habit but I have just generally been disappointed. I feel bad for the franchisees because like I said the service is always phenomenal but the product is lacking.
staff was friendly and they had our steaks in stock meanwhile many other local locations didn't have them in stock. I left my name and contact info for the store in Oshawa on King St to call me when they got a shipment and they never called. I would recommend this Bowmanville locations over others!
went in to get 1 box of chicken fingers ,was told I was forced to take a cart even tho I was getting 1 thing. I asked “so you want me to touch more things?” No answer. Doesn’t she not wipe down the cart or the debit or the freezer doors even tho they were doing nothing else. Not sure how this prevents getting covid, it does the opposite
Great place to pick up prepared frozen meals , dinners,vegetables ,fruits and desserts. What a lot of people don't realize is that M&M also sell a broad range of single frozen dinners, Staff are always great at this location.
Ladies were super friendly! Asked if I needed help finding anything, spoke to me as if I had known them all my life! Great Covid procedures in place too!
I like shopping here when I want to buy domething quick to cook for dinner. The workers are always happy to help. The store is clean and I can easily get what I want and be on my way.
Love the updated store format. Staff are still around to answer any questions you have. If you are antisocial you can gather your items without any communication. Food is always top notch. Personally I travel from pickering to Bowmanville to go to this store. Staff are great and very helpful. There are always new meal ideas which is awesome.
