Great place, I was fortunate to find Dr O. He is very nice and I am so happy I finally have a family physician. Receptionist very nice and prompt to answer our questions
Website says they’re accepting new patients. I called on behalf of my partner to confirm - the lady receptionist said to come in and fill out a new patient form. Next day my partner goes in asking for the new patient form, only to be met with “there is not one doctor in this building accepting new patients”. Moreover, she was full of attitude and had no desire to help whatsoever, basically saying “you’re on your own” when my partner asked where he should go. Disgusting and unprofessional. Also it is false advertising, grounds for reporting to the medical board.
Definitely do not recommend this clinic. Seemed very un organized and they do not keep the rooms clean. They had an open garbage and some tools in the sink. The doctor also said I just had a viral cold but I went to a hospital later because my cough wasn’t getting better and found out I had pneumonia.
Came here to have an FAF filled. Front desk staff were kind and professional. Dr. Kennedy and his associates were also wonderful. I was in and out within 40 minutes. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Would highly recommend.
I booked an appointment 1 month in advance. I called 2 days prior the appointment to confirm the time and was told that the medicine I need did not arrive. My appointment was rescheduled by 2 weeks later. Once I came 15 minutes prior my appointment, I waited for 1 hour and 45 minutes to be seen. The doctor did not listen to concerns and couldn’t do the needed tests at that time. He said that “I should have booked earlier time”. After pointing that this is a rescheduled appointment through no fault of mine and that I was assured that the tests would be performed, he said that there is nothing that he could do. The receptionist was rude during all of the interactions, especially when I asked why would she rebook me for this time. I would suggest looking for another clinic if you can. Fortunately, I found another family doctor who is more knowledgeable and the receptionists are charming, so I don’t have to return to this clinic ever again.
