This place sells literally rice burritos only. Almost zero meat. The more crazy thing is that their plate combo has the same content as a wrap, like same amount of meat and rice except it has no pita bread. Makes no sense at all. How can you sell something more expensive but has less stuff.
My experience is as noted in the photo below. I had reviewed on Mucho Burrito site and was recently advised that those reviews go directly to the restaurant in question. Don’t see how that’s helpful to anyone.
I went in today, and I ordered taquitos. I sat down and went to eat , unfortunately it was freezing cold. I told the gentleman at the front and he resolved the issue fast. I’m glad that it was able to be fixed fast.
My favourite Mucho Burrito! The food is always cooked well and the staff are some of the friendliest people you will ever meet! Very welcoming atmosphere as well!
Pretty abysmal customer service, the employee helping my dad and I was incredibly rude. The portions on the burrito were lacklustre and that’s putting it lightly, nothing tasted good whatsoever. This establishment is an embarrassment to Mexican Cuisine, if you are craving a burrito you’re better off going to BarBurrito or even Taco Bell it’s more authentic than this place.
This is a fast food joint, price is definitely high for the quality. Once you accept the parameters of it being fast food, it is a decent place to eat!
