Customer service has been top notch in sales and in service always meeting or exceeding my expectations. We recently had urgent tire issue. They were able to get us in right away, order a new tire and provide us with a loaner vehicle as service was about to close for the day. This is above and beyond what most dealerships would do and shows that they take care of thier customers.
I recently visited Clarington Nissan after another dealership was unable to diagnose or resolve an issue with my 2013 Nissan Murano. The rear passenger seat lever had no tension and would not go down. From the moment I arrived, the service team especially Amanda, was extremely helpful and professional. Amanda took the time to understand the problem, explained the diagnostic process clearly, and kept me well-updated throughout the entire repair journey. My part was on backorder, but she stayed in communication and informed me as soon as it arrived. The issue was properly diagnosed, the part was ordered, and my seat was successfully repaired as soon as the part came in. After being told elsewhere ( Midway Nissan at Whitby ) that the part “no longer existed” and that nothing could be done, it was such a relief to work with people who actually took the time to look into the issue and provide a real solution. Although the repair cost me around $1,150, I am genuinely happy because the problem was fully resolved, and the service experience was smooth from start to finish. Thank you to Amanda and the Clarington Nissan team for your honesty, attention to detail, and excellent customer service. I truly appreciate the effort made to help me, and I will definitely return for future service needs. Highly recommended!

I have nothing but good things to say. The sales rep Dennis was very helpful. My wife and I took 4 or 5 days with selecting a vehicle from multiple companies. Dennis never pressured us and was always available. I called him multiple times daily with different questions and he always answered and found the info I was looking for if he already didnt know.
