I had these guys do my son’s Spiderman birthday party and they were amazing. They had it setup early for the kids to enjoy and gave us an extra day to enjoy it. I’ve recommended them many times and everyone is always pleased. A must for any party!
Had our daughter's huge 10th birthday this weekend, it was carnival theme. These inflatables were absolutely a perfect addition! King Of The Castle came in did the full set up(5 rental items) in about an hour! Equipment was beyond our expectations! The kids had an amazing time, especially with the 75ft obstacle course(it was the highlight) Such a fantastic experience with King Of The Castle and highly recommended this company. I will 100% use them again if I ever need this type of equipment in the future! Thanks again guys!
We rented a sky dancer from Andrew at KOTC, he was super friendly and accommodating, and the sky dancer was a hit at our wedding! Price was good too, much less than downtown Toronto rentals. Only downside is that email communication doesn't seem to be their first choice, but Andrew was more than happy to talk on the phone.
Wish I could give zero stars, but it is not an option. I contacted this place about renting an air dancer for a store grand opening, and they never contacted me back. Clearly they didnt want my business. Luckily, I found a place that had excellent customer service and gave me a great deal. I will not recommend this place to anyone.
We ended up with a dirty castle. They showed up before they said they would and picked up long after they said they would. Horrible customer service to deal with afterwards. Did offer a free rental to make up but we are from out of town and this seemed like too much of a waste of time. I do not recommend. If you’re paying $350 to rent a castle, you should be getting $350 worth.
Not impressed at all. The guy is cold and not helpful especially if it happened to be during the time they have lots of business. Charged cash, including the tax and never provided with the receipt.
All the kids loved the bouncy castle!! It was set up well before the time stated giving us the time to get everything else done for the party. It was such a great price with excellent service! Will definitely use again and refer to others :)
