Garbage service. Dropped off prescription and was told won’t take long, maybe half hour. After half an hour I went to counter to pick up and was told it should be about a half hour…Is there a glitch in the matrix here or what?!? Huge lines of people waiting and the people behind the counter looking like they’d rather be having hot butterscotch enemas than be working. Awful
A very clean and well laid out location. You are greeted when you enter and staff are aways looking to help you. Pharmacy staff are supportive and will reach out to ensure there are no issues with their service if you ask them to do so.
Id like to take a moment to shout out the most amazing employee Mickenzie! We frequently shop at the bowmanville Mall location as the highway 2 location. However I take my hat off to this beautiful young Lady. I would rather drive out of my way and shop with you then to go to any other location. Your knowledge, humility, kindness and honesty hasn't gone unnoticed! Thank you for always giving the most amazing customer service and always the best advice ❤️. I have been a loyal customer of this store for the past 9 years since i moved here. Between me and my husband we spend around 300$ monthly on our regular prescription. Unfortunately i will be transferring my prescriptions somewhere else. The older gentleman pharmacist is so rude and unhelpful that i can't deal with him anymore. My last straw was when i called to ask if my prescription was ready for pickup and before i even had a chance to ask another question he hang up. Time before my daughter came home from university and her eye became swollen and itchy and the day she was going back i went to ask if there is eye drop he can reccomend. Without even getting up from his station to see my daughter he told us to go to the isle and choose drops there. Absolutely ridiculous. We left the store and went to another shoppers where the pharmacist was actually helpful. I had seen him talk to a patient before that was asian and had trouble understanding how to take his new medication and few of us waiting to pick up prescription looked at each other in disbelief he was rude and impatient and seemed very frustrated with this poor man. He himself is an immigrant and should have more understanding for people that have language barrier.
I pick up my prescription every Monday morning the ladies, Liz, Karen, and all of them have been wonderful. They always answer the phone and they're always very kind and happy.It's a pleasure to see them. Thank you for wonderful customer service.Look forward to seeing you on monday.
Excellent service by pharmacy team. My entire family picks medications here ..especially assistant Prat helped me to understand my Insurance claim with a good explanation and cleared all my doubts..!! Will recommend my fnds to transfer Rx here.
