During my visit today, I experienced a situation where I felt I was being followed around the store by a Shoppers Drug Mart employee. The repeated proximity and monitoring made me feel extremely uncomfortable and unsafe. I have never stole from a store before, I always pay for what I take. So, regardless of their intent, this behaviour was not explained to me and did not feel appropriate. I am sharing this to encourage better staff conduct and customer care. I have gone to other shoppers Drug mart and have never experienced this before. I am a customer like everyone else and deserve to be treated equal.
I always find the staff helpful and friendly. There's a couple of regular employees I see all the time, one had a tough day with a customer who threw stuff at her! I understand being angry about a price but you let it go not make a scene, the customer was older than me! The employee was a little freaked out about the situation, we wished her a better night :).
This is a review about my experience at the Shoppers Drug Mart pharmacy today. We prefer this location and most of the time have had a very good experience. Most of the pharmacists and staff are helpful but today was a big disappointment. There is one lady, who is small Indian lady and is the pharmacist who wasn't wearing her name badge and didn't give me her name was kind of very rude, impatient and unhelpful. It makes a lot of difference when you give your clients or customers respect whereas the other pharmacist by the name of Aksana, the other day, was so helpful, friendly and listened to us and helped us and we were really happy. Most of the pharmacists have been really good. We don't wish any ill will towards anyone including this particular pharmacist who we had an issue with. However, we request that everyone working there, especially regarding the pharmacist's job should be more patient, pleasant and helpful. Thanks
Always a pleasant experience here, from a friendly hello from the make-up counter to a well-stocked clean store. The pharmacy always has time to answer any inquiries I have from simple remedies to explaining my scripts.
This 5 star review is especially for the Shoppers Drug Mart employee whose name is Justine and works in the cosmetics department / section. She is always so pleasant, courteous, friendly and has a smile on her face. She is very helpful and provides excellent customer service. She also has a natural happy go lucky attitude. We need more employees like Justine who provides positive and friendly vibes the moment a customer enters the store. My mom always told me that "your expression is your beauty" so make sure it is a pleasant and happy one. Your facial expressions show your inner beauty and personality. Justine always has a smile on her face. Today my mom and I went to this Shoppers Drug Mart location for shopping and Justine was very courteous, friendly and helpful. She made our shopping experience a very positive one. Thank you! I just wanted to shout out an incredible employee, I believe her name is Justine. My mom and I were at the store recently, and she truly made our day. She was so bright, kind, and welcoming, and instantly made us feel comfortable. I’m pretty sure she works in the beauty boutique section, and honestly, cheers to her for being such a ray of sunshine. We left with smiles on our faces thanks to her energy. Just wanted to make sure she gets the appreciation she deserves!
I’ve been shopping at this location for years and always had the most pleasant and helpful experience, especially at the cosmetics counter. Everyone is just so nice and kind.
