Poor quality, we bought 2 pairs of rugs, unfortunately we wasted money. Should be our last purchase. Threads are coming out. Bought it less than 5 months ago.
Had a wide range of carpet selection and designs. I specifically bought a Turkish Carpet loved it ! They have many options of dry fruits and kitchen supply. Everything was good quality Owner was super helpful and very nice We will definitely be coming back for more
The place is not bad but the owner is a big lier I bought some stuff at this store it looks like it’s used he told me anything you don’t like just bring it back he will return it I called him I being nice asking him to return or exchange he told me that there is a policy in 4 languages that no return and exchange he changed his tongue I will never buy in this store again………I had a very disappointing experience with Salihi Rugs. I bought some crockery items from their store, and when I got home and opened the packaging, I was shocked to find them in very bad condition — scratched, chipped, and clearly not new. When I contacted the store to request an exchange, they outright refused and were extremely unhelpful and dismissive. There was no apology, no effort to make it right — just a flat “no” with no explanation. For a store that claims to care about quality and customer satisfaction, this was a huge letdown. Save your money and shop elsewhere. I will not be returning, and I don’t recommend Salihi Rugs to anyone looking for quality products or even basic customer service.
The only place you need to go to purchase anything from Afghan carpets, toshaks, kitchen ware, dry fruits, to delicious Afghan desserts! We love going there with our family, there is always something for everyone!
