It is comical that a manager shifts the blame of their establishment screwing up and "forgetting" to mark the price on an item so when a customer questions being charged something different they are then wrongfully accused of "regretting their purchase" in front of a crowd of employees. That is TOTALLY righteous and Christian like huh? Thankfully I had my voice recorder on to capture this nonsense. The manager then sarcastically wished me a "nice rest of your day" as she continued to talk down about me on her way back to her office area. The only REGRET I have is the misfortune of having any interaction with this woman. I won't be back to this place as a result and I will make it my mission to tell others to avoid it like the plague. Placing an item in front of a sign that says $5 and then telling the customer it was actually $15 is YOUR mistake. That is consider bait and switch, and is illegal for other stores to do so what makes you think this establishment can do that? Amen.
Great store for buying thrift items for a fair price, the store is in a high traffic location, so parking is a tricky thing for sure, over all they do good supporting people who need things for a cheap price in todays world, over all the staff work hard an bring you the best costumer service, So i recommend this thrift store any time your walking down town an wanna look around.
We like visiting the store as you never know what you're going to get. Friendly and helpful staff welcome you at the entrance. There are two floors and it's very well stocked, lots to see! Enjoy!

Now my favourite thrift store in Bowmanville. They always seem to have the largest selection of furniture and home goods compared to the other thrift shops in the area. The staff working there are always very friendly which just makes it a pleasant experience. Prices are very good too. I will definitely continue shopping there & will also consider them first when donating my own things.
