Worst customer service ever. The cashier did not serve me so I had wait for another cashier to serve me. Once i was being served, she called the customer behind me to serve. So disrespectful
Had a great experience today shopping for shoes. Ethan, who helped me was extremely knowledgeable about the different types of shoes and benifits as I was struggling to find something for working on my feet all day. He was able to help me find the best options to be comfortable for those long shifts and get the best value. Very great customer service!
I recently purchased a GT bicycle here, and within just two months the derailleur broke. When I approached SportChek to have it inspected, the response I received was unacceptable and far from satisfactory. Based on this experience, I would strongly recommend not purchasing anything from this store.
I was in the Bowmanville Sportscheck yesterday with my husband and six year old daughter and was helped by Mason throughout our visit. He was kind, patient and extremely helpful. We ended up purchasing two pairs of shoes and soccer gear for my daughter and Mason was quick and diligent with sizes and interactive with my daughter. Great customer service! Thank you Mason!
This was our first experience in this SportChek after my sons aaa game vs Clarington today. I want to give a big thanks to Jason and Bronson who were extremely helpful. We generally go to the Orillia store as our home store and so nice to see the consistency in customer service along with cleanliness. Give these two guys some praise.
