I needed my front right tire repaired(nail embedded in tire), arrived at shop with no appointment, CC Tires removed the nail, patched the tire and didn't even charge me.
These friendly guys fit me in at the end of their day, for a tire repair, on the same day I called. I had been dealing with a terrible personal tragedy and was so grateful for their comforting welcome and amazing service that I actually left there in tears…because of their kindness. I’m a single female and i will definitely be recommending them to every single female I know.
Needed a tire repair yesterday, called them at 4:00 pm. hoping they could help me out. The young man told me to come by to see if the tire could be plugged. I arrived at appox. 4:15 pm and he come right out to have a look. He said no problem and directed me into the bay right away. Within 15 minutes I was on my way. The 2 young guys that helped me were very pleasant and professional. I would not think twice about using CC Tire again and recommending them to anyone. Thank you for helping me out.
We were very fortunate to turn up at the garage for a replacement tyre on our way back to Quebec. Jesse was more than helpful. They didn’t have the right tyre for our car but went out of their way to find one and fitted it for us in no time. Thank you again for making the rest of our stay in Canada less stressful
This review comes a little late (appointment date was Dec 18th, 2020), but it's no less important! I purchased a new vehicle and delivery was set for that Friday, after 5pm. I called Gary, CC Tire & Auto's owner, earlier that week to arrange their Corrosion Free service (endorsed in a report by the Canadian Military). Not only was he kind enough to arrange to be there himself Friday evening to conduct the service, he took the time to explain the merits of this particular rust proofing method. Extremely friendly, courteous and knowledgeable! I met with Gary mere minutes after taking delivery of my new vehicle (COVID safety protocols in full effect) and he invited me into the shop to watch the process. Over the course of the next hour-PLUS, he walked me through step-by-step, educating as he went (delaying his Friday night dinner date with his wife for wings, but you wouldn't have known it!!). This level of care, respect and attention to detail is rare, refreshing and tremendously appreciated (especially when considering the cost of vehicles). Please support local business because of business owners like this. I will return per the recommended rustproofing schedule happily and I will also proudly recommend Gary's business to everyone I know. I wouldn't take a vehicle, fresh-off-the-lot or otherwise, anywhere else. Protect your investment here and help out a great person at the same time! Accommodating and friendly. I had a nail in my tire and they were able to quickly fix it and get me back on the road. I wouldn't hesitate to go here again.
The service was horrible the staff where extremely rude I did not get the job i payed for if I could give negative stars I would Save your self time and money and go somewhere eals
