Finally found an honest and reliable mechanic in Bowmanville! They were quick to diagnose my cars issues and fix them in a timely manner. They broke down what was wrong and didn’t recommend unnecessary repairs. Will be taking mine and my wife’s car there from here on out!
Barb who works for the company answering phones is very unprofessional and passive aggressive. I wanted to get work done on my car and simply refused to do business with the company just because of the way my call was handled. I strongly suggest you get better employees who are handling your inbound calls since they are the ones dealing with your customers. Keeping Barb employed and answering your calls will cause you to lose alot of business just like how you've lost me as a customer. If a manager or the business owner cares about getting a full recap of my experience I am happy to share. I also would not be surprised if this review goes unacknowledged based on the poor service I received from Barabara which answered your phone today when I called.
I have taken my cars to Andy's a few times and have always been happy with the experience. Great work and excellent customer service. Would recommend to anyone in the area.
I had some diesel fuel issues happening to my 2019 2500 Ram. I was headed to Ottawa in 24 hours towing a trailer to move my son 5 hours away. Andy got me in first thing the next morning and was able to pump out my fuel tank, change my fuel filters and give my truck a oil change all for a very reasonable price. I was able to stay on schedule with the move thanks to Andy and his great technicians. I can't express how appreciative I am for him to get my truck back on the road. His professionalism made me feel very confident that I would have no problems arriving at my destination! Thank you Andy and team !!!

Great place to take your truck. My truck broke down two days before Christmas I am from Saskatchewan Andy and his staff went out of their way to try to get me going. Unfortunately my old Freightliner is an older truck and Parts are hard to find. Andy explained it could've be hard to get parts he was right on the nose 4 part availability. 2 days after Christmas a part was flown in and my truck is now running. His estimate was way less then what he had thought . I would go back here again as I have in the past best shop in Southern Ontario maybe the country.
Andy's is the best in Durham Region! They suggests various things to try before bringing it in to them for repair, as to save ME money! Honest and reliable added in with great work! I won't be going anywhere else for my vehicle repairs - and I am suggesting Andy's to everyone I know!!!
