My mother purchased a vehicle from Carizma Auto Group in July, an experience that began with remarkable congeniality and ended in a masterclass of incompetence, misrepresentation, and outright disrespect. Initially, the staff—particularly Paul, the sales representative—were exceedingly affable. Unfortunately, this charm proved to be purely ceremonial. The agreed-upon vehicle pickup date was missed by nearly two weeks, a delay that was treated as though punctuality were an optional courtesy rather than a contractual obligation. Upon finally receiving the vehicle, it became immediately evident that even the most rudimentary standards had been ignored. The car was inadequately detailed, reeked of cigarette smoke, contained a discarded vape cartridge, and—despite verbal assurances—had not received the promised oil change. To compound this, Paul informed my mother that failure to complete an oil change would void the $2,000 extended warranty, a fascinating assertion given that Carizma had explicitly claimed the service was already completed. Concerned, my mother took the car to Mr. Lube, where it was revealed that the oil change was overdue and that several additional issues required attention. The invoice exceeded $300 and included recommendations for transmission service, differential service, radiator service, fuel system cleaning, and evidence of an engine leak/sweat. When these findings were presented to Joe, the manager, his professional response was to claim that Mr. Lube had “ripped her off.” No inspection, no counter-evidence—just dismissal. This pattern of deflection became routine. Phone calls went unanswered. Messages, when acknowledged, were met with the now-infamous refrain: “It’s not a big deal/problem.” Mitsubishi later inspected the vehicle due to a manufacturer recall and requested further information. Joe’s response? Mitsubishi “doesn’t know what they’re talking about.” Most recently, our personal mechanic confirmed that the previously dismissed engine leak is now, in fact, a very big deal, and that two sensors are non-functional. The mechanic attempted to contact Joe three times—no response. When confronted again, Joe repeated his signature line before escalating to personal insults directed at my mother. When I intervened, Joe mockingly remarked, “Oooh, here comes the other lawyer,” and proceeded to state that my mother was “talking stupidly.” When informed that formal complaints would be filed with OMVIC and the Ministry of Transportation, Joe expressed complete indifference. In an earlier chapter of this saga, Joe persuaded my mother to remove a negative review in exchange for promises to “take care of the car.” She complied. He did not. Verbal assurances were made and promptly abandoned. When I later met him, he attempted to intimidate me by referencing the review rather than addressing the unresolved issues—a curious strategy for someone allegedly running a reputable business. I do not write reviews lightly. However, the consistent dishonesty, evasion of responsibility, and blatant disrespect displayed by Carizma Auto Group—particularly by Joe—warrant public documentation. The irony of someone who behaves in this manner while proclaiming himself a “family man” is not lost on us. Proceed with caution. Or better yet, proceed elsewhere. P.s. I previously posted a review which "Joe" the manager asked me to take down as it was hindering sales of his vehicles, in exchange he wanted me bring the car in. I am now putting back the review. I have pics of the issues which Joe claimed to had done. The vehicle stalled when I drove it home because I had no oil in the engine. The oil was none existent, which was completely black and dirty. The gas filter, oil filter and cabin filters were all dirty. After speaking to Paul on the phone (the sales Rep who originally sold me the car) about the issues he told me to take the vehicle Mr Lube to have the oil change etc. It cost over 300$ to clean the issues… Joe later told me "Mr Lube ripped you off" and I should have brought it back to him so his mechanic would service it….. he told me the next time I needed an oil change he would pay for it. Another issue was the tire service light came on saying tire had low pressure, air was put into the tires and the light went off. Three days later it came back on. Informed Joe of the issue and he said it wasn’t a big deal, it’s because it was weather related. I took it to my mechanic and there was a nail in one of the tires, which he fixed. Mitsubishi had a recall on the vehicle and noted the tires were not up to par. A few days again the engine light and the tire service light both came on as I was driving on the highway… called them no answer or response. Two days again I started smelling antifreeze and exhaust fumes in the cabin…. Called Paul and Joe… no response. Texted them I would be going to my Ombudsman and reposting my review. Took the vehicle to my mechanic today, the exhaust system is leaking and censors need to be replaced. My mechanic called Carizma three times and no response. These ppl are not honest they’re rude…. Joe treated me as if I was an idiot and when my daughter spoke with him, he said "ohh here’s the other lawyer" We informed him we will be filing a complaint with the OMVIC and MOT… he told us "go ahead, I don’t care." We will be informing the MOT because the vehicle was not safe for operation. I also bought the warranty, and it is useless. When I picked up the car, Paul the sales rep informed me that if I did not get the service oil change on the vehicle that the extended warranty would be void.
Pawel was very nice and understanding of my situation, he helped me trough out the whole process and answered any questions I had calmly. Super happy with my very first car!

I’m very impressed with the after-sales service at Carizma Auto Group. Even though I encountered a technical issue after purchasing my vehicle and was nearly 400 km away, the dealership acted quickly and had it resolved within 24 hours. Their prompt, professional, and supportive approach made me feel truly confident and satisfied. Thank you, Carizma Auto Group, for your dedication and reliability!
