Very happy with the vacuum and car wash service but most of all exceptional customer service ! Thanks again for the first aid kit and help while you were assisting other customers and being pulled in other directions. 5 star service!
Update: The business gave a call back and took note of the issues and agreed to give the money back, moving the rating to 4 stars mainly because of the customer experience Past: None of the buttons worked in stall 1 to add time to the wash, only option was 4$ for 4min. I was able to get it to pressure wash and that’s it. Tried another stall, was able to change the value for 10$, but nothing worked after I paid. It was in a state where it didn’t recognize the payment. I tried calling the business, no response.
So troll ran out of time and my car was covered in soap and made me put in another 4 dollars to rinse my car off, kinda tuff my fault but still on monk bout it
I have been going to this car wash for several years to wash my dog and love that servoce however when it comes to the actual car wash the chemicals leave spots all over my vehicle that won't come.off unless you hand wash the vehicle after washing it .. which is ridiculous. The more ridiculous thing I've just experienced is the vacuum. I've been 3 times in the last couple months and the vacuums are just bad. 8 bucks each time a d still not clean .. I refuse to pump any more money into this car wash!!
I went to use this car wash on my 2019 Corvette to rinse off pop that was spilled down the side of my car at the Wendy's drive through (another story). Yes, my car is low, but I know how to drive it and drive it carefully. They have an area that has a huge dip/divot into like a valley and a hole that leads right into the first bay of the car wash and it ripped off the front splitter on my car. I contacted the owners who do not want to pay, then told me to go through their insurance company. I contacted their insurance company and they do not know what they are talking about and told me to go through my insurance company, but my insurance told me because it is not with another car it doesn't go through them. I'm getting no where, but wanted to let anyone know who has a nice sport car, do not go to this car wash! You're risking damage to your car!
Awsome place, super clean, super convinient, change right next to the stalls. Friendly staff. Plenty of soap in the self serve spray Guns. Sure recommand!
Been using this wash for 2 years staright from the time I moved to Bowmanville. I can say that this is an awesome place get your car cleaned. All the bays work perfectly. Only suggestion would be to sell microfiber cloth maybe.
