Wow really disappointed with Liberty Car Wash I've been going for years! A bird flew into the side of my car on the 407 today and there was blood all over my window & mirror. I asked the attendant please pre spray that side well and ? and explained that a bird flew into me. The blood barely came off at all!!!! I went back to show him right after and he shrugged and pretty much said oh well hard to say what that "stuff" is on your car! It's the same blood that I went in with!!! What terrible customer service!!! Don't waste your hard-earned money going there!!!
Matt was fantastic. Helped a family friend with their first time in a car wash. Walked them through the steps and made them feel confident in the process. Can’t say thank you enough!!!
Will never use this car wash again, was there May 19 2025 at around 9 am backed my car in and got a nail in my tire. Wash bays not cleaned. Causing me to have to replace a new tire that was only 2 weeks old
Power went out when washing my car. Owner was so helpful. Not just refunded the money he also brought a garden horse and cleaned the car. Excellent Customer service.
I came here because the reviews spoke of fast service.. it is actually the slowest oil change I've ever seen, and the wait was over 45 minutes. Not the place to go if you are in a hurry.
Love this place. Most affordable drive-thru car wash but they spray your car by hand as you go in. No matter what type you choose you can almost guarantee your car will be spotless when it comes out.
Went through their drive through with a sub sub compact car and half their sprayers and spinning cleaning wheels stopped before it finished my driver door. Dryer stopped before it finished my hood.. 15$ for 1/3rd of my car smaller than a mini cooper
