Customer service skills could use some significant improvements. When I informed them I would be using a status card, they told me they’re unable to accept it as their system doesn’t have an option for it. I expressed my confusion with this as I was under the impression that it is a requirement annd I have never been told this from any business. They told me I could submit the invoice to the Finance ministry. After this they assumed I didn’t want to continue with the service but when I said I did want my oil changed, the quality of customer service changed drastically. The service itself was fine but they don’t go above and beyond like I’ve experienced at some other oil shops for the same price or even less.They didn’t check any of my air/cabin filters, top up any fluids (I’ve always had my windshield fluid topped up complementary to the service), or check my tires, which I thought was standard for most oil shops. Their service board shows that a car inspection and report are included in the service which I didn’t receive. Overall a fine business if you’re looking for the absolute bare minimum but definitely better options out there for the same price or less.
Service was ok…… Asking for tips at a place that literally does oil changes is awkward for me….. twice now May have to find another place…….judge me if you wish I am good with that:…. But I am not good at tipping everywhere for people to do their jobs….. and the awkward moment where you feel like the enemy for NOT tipping I can just do without
Over inflated my tires. I treated it like an honest mistake because the person who did it was a young kid but now theyve over filled the oil. Ill never take my truck to this place again. Pure incompetence. In writing this review someone just told me that in his car they put 0W oil in it destroying his engine. How this place has good reviews is crazy.
I've now been to Liberty Lube twice and both times was lucky enough to have Kent take care of my car. He's so polite, professional, informative and thorough. He provides a high quality customer service experience. Highly recommend Liberty Lube!
Visited them for the first time this morning, and I met Kent, who was professional and knowledgeable. The best part was his honesty. As I asked him if I needed an oil change,he checked and replied that it's not that bad I could come again after 1000km. He did save me $122 today but I am sure that with his honesty and professional behavior I will be coming back.
Visited Liberty Lube today - as always the service was great. Andrew was our tech today and he helped get the heat working in our car - I wasn't sure if this was a service they provided but he was happy to help and had a look. Big shout out to Andrew for the great job!!
Stopped in for a quick oil change and it was just that! The staff is very friendly and helpful. In and out in no time and was a job well done. I would definitely recommend them!
