I started getting oil changes here and thought I would buy tires here to support a small business. Big mistake! As they put my car on the lift they buckled the skirt on all four corners and cracked the paint. Then the so called mechanic tried to sell me brakes that I didn't need. As I do the brakes myself. I asked him to show me. I didn't see what he was trying to show me. It's been over a year ago, and I'm still running those so called bad brakes. After they put on my new winter tires. Less than a week and one started to leak around the bead. I asked if they cleaned the beads on the rims. They said "yes". I doubted them, but took their word for it. This fall all my tires were flat and leaking bad around all beads and valve stems. When I called them to fix it, they said they don't clean the beads, and that "NO ONE DOES" They wanted $150 to re-due the tires. I picked them up and brought them to " Stay Classy Racing". He did them for free and said "they always stand by their work". Go see Jesse for your vehicle needs.
Can't say enough about these guys, had an issed with my rims that they helped get it fixed correctly, Angie was amazing, and helped me track down a part while my car was on the hoist. Guys here are awesome ,super friendly and understanding. Definitely a go to for car maintenance Thanks you all!
When no shops from cobourg to oshawa had time to mount my tires on rims these guys got it done! Very impressed with how professional this place is. 10/10 would recommend
I had a disappointing experience with the customer service at this establishment in Bowmanville. I initially requested to have my air carbon filter replaced and asked for a fragrance to be applied to the new filter. Despite being directed to the waiting area, there was a misunderstanding regarding my request. I expected the technician to clean the area before installing the new filter—a task that should have taken only five minutes. However, the staff did not follow the instructions correctly, and I was charged $85 in cash for the air carbon filter and two tire repairs. Given the lack of clear communication and the service quality, I would not recommend this business. Again I request to that guy who did that job he said it will take him 10 mins which was a lie.
Gave this place a chance a few times once I was turned away because they had no oil... Turned away another time because they had low staff. I'm done going here
The gents & lady.. were courteous, accommodating, professional and worked as a team to get the winter tires/rims on the Mini. Great attention to the details too.
This place has become a joke. I rode out the process of trying to order tires (for almost a month) just for entertainment. Called 6 times (always multiple attempts before anyone actually answered the phone) over that time. Nobody followed through after promising they would. Unfortunately, the owner was never available. If you thrive on incompetence then this is your go-to place; otherwise, shop around. Customer service will be vastly superior anywhere else.
