They recently had one of their adoption day specials, somebody I know went into the store looking to adopt a kitten and one of the poor kittens relieved herself everywhere. The most shocking thing was the person trying to adopt a kitten, was told that she cannot adopt a cat because she doesn’t have a kitten to go with her. What She has a four year old tabby which is the perfect time to get another kitten, how dare the worker deny her Horrible experience on her end.
We took our dog here for the first time last night to use the wash station and were thoroughly impressed! The stations were super clean and they provided everything you needed. The staff were so friendly and took the time to explain how it all worked and made us feel very welcome. We will definitely be back!
Karen was very nice and knowledgeable about the products! She helped me go over options for some new food for my cats, and also gave me some helpful tips :) Both staff were super friendly

Went in to see if they could recommend something for my dog for mosquitoes. I live on a farm and my poor fur baby was getting bit alive. They sold a spray to use. I have used it and it's great. Great store knowledgeable employees.highly recommend this store
This store is bigger than it appears on the outside. Their selection is much better than other Pet Valus in the neighbouring towns. They offer dog grooming, have live fish for sale, and even a freezer section if you're looking for rodents.
Made a Horrible decision to go here. So I decided to wash my 90lb dog here first time it was kinda like a last min thing he's not the best with the hose so I decided to unscrew it so I could use a cup instead not a big deal right WRONG no you have to hose your dog down and so the hole freaking time he's barking and acting up if I'm paying $15 to wash my dog at your place I should be able to use a cup to get him wet and rinse him off not all dogs like the hose and the additional attitude from this girl with Napoleon syndrome was horrible I was nice as pie normally I'd lose it but I had my 2 daughters there having a nice daddy daughter time no way. I couldn't even finish his bath and getting a refund since I couldn't even finish him bath there Terrible experience for me my daughters and my dog when it could have been very easy just to unscrew the hose from the top Her excuse was people brake it how can people break a hose from tightening or loosening it?? She was a my way or no way girl that needs to be canceled. I can imagine what her boyfriend has to go through wow lol
