I popped into this location to see if they still carried their kangaroo meat canned food that I had bought years ago. Sadly they didn’t have it anymore but we got to talking about some new foods and I casually mentioned cat food should taste like mouse and chipmunks, the lady had mentioned they carried a few selections that had a ‘whole mouse in every can’ and it was a pate which my cat prefers. I can’t say enough good things about this food. It’s called Mouser and although it’s pricey I’d be happy to get more of it. My 14+ year old cat is devouring it and asking for more.
It was a friendly greeting that had me impressed at the start of my visit to this local store. But it will be the excellent customer service from Kathy that will keep me coming back for more treats for my dog. Kathy answered all my questions, and made great suggestions for my girl, and even exchanged something I just bought by accident. I highly recommend trading in your old pet food store and giving this local gem a try.
They are kind, friendly and helpful but, I have gone twice now where they have closed the store earlier than there posted closing time. I wasn't bothered by it the first time because things happen. It you say you close at 7:00 and advertise that time then just follow through with it.
Staff was really rude for no reason, I understand everyone is stressed right now but this just was disheartening to deal with. Will be shopping elsewhere from now on.
Staff are so friendly and knowledgeable. I had a lot of questions about a health issue with my dog and getting the right product. The lady took her time explaining, researching and helping me figure out the best route to go. Everyone who came in seemed to have a lot of questions and both staff were willing to take the time to help. Great service
Typically we would love going here and have spent thousands over the years, but the staff this morning were awful. The younger brown haired lady was so rude to deal with. Not worth the time or energy to go here anymore. Back to Jim at the mill.
Great considerate accommodating staff! They started stocking my specific dog food I couldn’t find at other locations! So friendly and helpful in looking up my previous orders and making sure I’m picking up the right stuff each visit! Highly recommend this location above others
