Always an enjoyable experience here. There is one younger gentleman that seems to not pay attention when you are asking for some advice. He hears what you said, but doesn't listen. He could use some customer service skill lessons. I was willing to spend money on my cat for anything he could recommend for an interactive toy for a very smart cat. But he just said "I don't know". Um ok? Regardless, the store is very clean, all other staff there are helpful and I enjoy coming here.
I was there to give a ‘first Christmas’ ornament to a couple that I officiated at their wedding earlier in the year…The bride’s mother (Chris) grooms pets there at the store…The store was well appointed and had a large inventory…I will be back for sure…
While an organized store I've never been in a petfood store with staff that is so uninterested in dogs that enter their establishment. Good place to get your supplies but might as well leave the dog at home they don't care about your pet
Staff always helpful, store is clean. The employees don't make me feel like I'm bothering them when I need help. Items I want are normally in stock, and items I didn't even know I needed always plentiful (my dogs now have more clothes and accessories than I do) ?.
I adopted my kitten here a few days ago! This Pet Valu works in partnership with Barn Cat Co-op, a rescue agency based out of Uxbridge. The staff at this Pet Valu are super helpful and kind! They did a great job making the adoption process seamless! I will definitely be back
We have been seeing Ashley now for a year &a half, Ashley is super calm, (Shadow has separation anxiety, my fault lock down was only me & him) friendly, treats him exactly how I'm sure she treats her own. Always a great job ??
What a shame, I originally had them at 5 stars. Now with the new people working there, or I should say not working there. I won't be returning. Workers were more interested in playing with the kitten's and gabbing amongst themselves.
