I will not be returning to this place due to the poor service and food quality, which were not up to an acceptable standard. I ordered a party-size pizza with four toppings, which cost approximately $40. I specifically requested that the first two rows be cheese only, with the toppings applied to the rest of the pizza. At the time of ordering, the employee did not raise any concerns or explain any limitations and proceeded to charge the full amount. When I received the pizza, the toppings were barely present—essentially just the name of the toppings, not a proper portion. When I politely questioned this, the employee repeatedly cut me off, refused to listen, and insisted that “this is how it’s made.” I asked for his name, which he refused to provide, and when I asked to speak with a manager, I was told only the owner exists. If you are charging $5 per topping, customers should receive a reasonable amount of toppings. At the very least, there should be transparency at the time of ordering. I also requested a sauce as a courtesy to compensate for the missing toppings, but this was refused without any attempt to resolve the situation. As a pizza customer and enthusiast, my feedback to the owner is simple: • Ensure toppings match what customers are paying for • Train employees on basic customer communication and professionalism If the owner is reading this, I would appreciate the opportunity to contact you directly to discuss this experience further
Ordered the lasagna which was good and a veal sandwich which was not that good and definitely NOT worth the price. The meat was hard making it difficult to bite/chew
I got the pepperoni deluxe piece. Now I love my pepperoni pizza I love the crispness of the pepperoni when it a bit over cooked, I like the soft but rich cheese glazed on the top, but most of all I love me some soft crust. Don’t get me wrong Pizza Novas experience was great it was quick simple and a good snack to eat well on a road trip and the staff were amazing! My problem with the one slice I got was the crust was too thin and a bit burnt and when I picked it up and squeezed the crust and it went “CRUNCH”. The crust was so hard it wasn’t enjoyable to eat. My next problem is the cheese it wasn’t evenly spread through the pizza it some spots I could taste ever bit of dairy but in some spots it was just sauce, not very enjoyable. Like I’ve said the experience was great, it was the food that wasn’t the best. ⭐️⭐️⭐️
I absolutely love this location. I’ve been ordering here since I moved to Bowmanville in 2020, and not once was there something wrong with my pizza. Unlike some Pizza Nova restaurants in Toronto, this location is ALWAYS consistent with the pizza quality (regardless if it’s a busy weekend night or a slow weekday). The customer service is always great, people that work there are extremely friendly and nice. The only one thing I don’t like is that their credit card machines don’t have a tip option for when doing pick-up. Though Im not sure, that might be a franchise policy. Either way, this is ABSOLUTELY the best pizza in town and I can’t wait to order it again
Love the pizza, just a tad too expensive. I eat the dairy free pizza and always excellent. Kids love it as well just don't get it to much because so overpriced.

When ordering your pizza from here, call it in vs ordering online. For some reason it is always $10 cheaper when you call. To bad credit card bills and groceries didn't work this way, JS
