Ordered online. Showed up 20 minutes later for pick up. Still wasnt ready. Waited another 25 minutes. Was not busy. I was the only one there. Not sure why the hold up. I ordered the cup and crisp. The pizza I received was nothing like the one advertised. The pepperoni were tiny. Again, looks nothing like the picture. I ordered it well done, it was not. The garlic crust was gross. There was way WAY too much cheese on it. The sauce was disgusting.
Online order from bowmanville order number 6559. Tried contacting the store to make them aware this was the worst tasting pizza ever made. 6 teenagers and more than half the pizza left. That says it all. Disgusting. Normally this location is very good. Not today. Waste of $45. Feel free to make it right. Order number will give you the full info of the online order and location.
We’ve ordered from here for years. Not sure what has happened. As soon as we opened the pizza box, I noticed it looked different. Something has changed, different brand of cheese or sauce or something, the crust was cardboard like, hardly any cheese. Very disappointing.
Ordered a party size pepperoni and it tasted like a really bad frozen pizza. Sour/salty sauce, undercooked and cheap pepperoni toppings. I was really excited for this pizza.
The girl that seems to always be working was in and she's awesome at her job. (Im sorry I dont know her name but ordered on Sunday Sept 4th) She is friendly, quick and can definitely work well under pressure! We love Square Boys. Use to go there for lunch dates and now go back for family dinner!
I used to love square boys, but they have gone downhill. I ordered an XL three topping pizza, green pepper, onion and ham. They messed up my pizza, which is what it is, it happens. I called and they gave me a free large pizza. We ordered again but told me they can’t get a delivery driver because it’s too far, I live in Courtice, 8km away from square boys. So proceed to order the large pizza with three toppings, like my last pizza and get to the store to find out I owe for the toppings… and it was poorly prepared. Needless to say I won’t be going here again.
Highly disappointing experience. Delivery took 2 hours, forgot 2 of the bread items and a dip. Forgot the crust flavour. They offered me a credit but since I am travelling couldn’t accept.
