Used the walk-in and was pleased with an hr between front door sign-in, wait, assessment and exit. In that time I watched the dr. efficactily walk back and forth between exam rooms with no time in-between. She was incredibly helpful and had great bedside manner.

I am unsure whether the issue lies with the doctor or the receptionist, but their scheduling management is highly unprofessional. Despite there being only four people waiting outside, it took an hour for me to be seen, even with a scheduled appointment. The doctor had to personally come to the receptionist to request that the next patient be sent in. Additionally, the doctor will not address more than one concern per visit, insisting on booking another appointment instead. I would not mind returning if I were actually seen at my scheduled time, but I cannot continue wasting an hour every week waiting. I find this both unprofessional and unreasonable, and I am now considering changing doctors because of these ongoing issues.
The doctors here are Psychics….they read your minds. Without examination or medical tests, they proscribed pain killers for any pain that you might have. Pretty amazing they seems to know everything.
The staff is amazing, I cannot say enough wonderful things about the amazing woman behind the counter... we had a very difficult situation to deal with and she was FANTASTIC! The Dr. was equally wonderful, he took his time and addressed all concerns... percent will recommend!
I’ve been trying to contact this doctors office for TWO days. Their phone line always goes to voicemail and I can not reschedule my doctors appointment. Is there another phone line? This is unacceptable.
If you’re looking for walk-in clinic service and not individualized, holistic, patient care this would be the place for you. I tried to make an appointment but the phone mailbox was consistently full for seven consecutive days. Tried to make an appointment online but never heard back…. finally just walked in and became one of many in a queue…. not once did I see the receptionist answer a phone call during my long wait… if you are looking to be just a number, this is the place for you.
