I told the doctor that I get strep throat a lot and my one side of my throat being swollen is the first sign of me getting strep throat she didn’t even do a strep test said I didn’t have a fever and would be fine in a few days that night I threw up multiple times and a few days later went to a different clinic and they said I had strep throat this was my fifth time having strep throat and this was the worst if I got the penicillin from that doctor and the strep test it wouldn’t have gotten that bad it’s inappropriate to not listen to your patients when it’s their body and they know what’s going on
Professional, courteous and welcoming describes the staff at this walk in clinic. The front desk staff was awesome, the nurse is a pro at what she does. Dr Boskovic was very detailed. Thank you to the health care staff 10/10.
Says the place closes at 5pm, got there at 4:30pm and it's closed. Went another time and capacity is full. What I need takes like a minute to do, while everyone else in there for 20-30min each is ridiculous. Most of us know what we need.
Very impressed by this clinic. The receptionist is absolutely lovely and the nurses and doctors are amazing. We never feel brushed off and feel like our concerns are heard and understood.
Not a frequent visitor but overwhelming to see what the three staff deal with day in day out. The doctor today Nov 20 was amazing. In minutes, she drilled down to my condition, counselled me and sent me off. All the staff were remarkable in a very grinding environment.
Caramalee was on the reception desk of a very busy clinic day and she was pleasant and happy through all the hustle and bustle and repeated wait time phonecalls.
Waiting room was full and I have 3 young children with me...chose to sit on the bench just outside the door...receptionist could see me, however when she called my son's name she did so quietly and I could not hear her. Waited an extra 20min than we needed to due to her not wanting to speak a bit louder...no apology once I approached to ask if we had missed her calling us...she told me that we should have been listening.
