Jackie’s Critters is the best! The owners are amazingly kind and they bend over backwards for their clients. They’re knowledgeable and helpful and always willing to take the time to help. We go to Jackie’s Critters for all of our reptile/critter needs as I’m always confident their products are quality and safe to use for my reptiles/critters. I’d definitely recommends Jackie’s Critters!! ❤️

Absolutely love this place! Jackie helped me get a tailess whip scorpian, and some of the stuff I needed for the set up. Also the animals she sells are in good health and no problems. Highly recommend this place.

The staff is incredibly helpful and will give a couple samples to ensure an insect is an appropriate size for your reptile. Very friendly and informative. They are helping me rescue my leopard gecko. She is gaining weight and doing well!

Went here with a friend while she picked up food for her and her nieces snakes - I loved wandering around, seeing all the creatures available for purchase and the staff was amazingly kind. Also they have a dog in store who is so cute and friendly. If I ever get a reptile this will be my shop of chose to visit.

Jackie critters is awesome I personally bought reptiles off her she explained everything and helped a lot with things I didn’t know this is the best and only place you should get your feeders and reptiles from believe me I would recommend to anyone Thanks again Jackie :)

got some grubs and crikets for my button quail The person who helped me was knowledgeable and helpful on helping me decide what to buy however In the past I have had some rude service (which is why three stars rather than five)

Hi Joey I must apologize if you had done rude service, it is not our intention for that it sometimes gets very trying to do business in this new way with Covid as I do agree there have been trying times, but again I apologize and hope you can still give us a try. Thanks Jackie
