Tried to order a big British Dairy milk as a gift for a chocolatelover. Wasn't available said they would send 2 smaller bars. Never arrived. I've emailed them several times to see what is going on. No response. Update. After several back and forth emails the situation was resolved.
I went to apple festival today on 19 October. Meanwhile I went inside of Paisley’s store, customer's service was worst. I was going to buy few packets of chips and lady she took all packets from my hands as I was going to take those out without paying.
Recently, I came across this great shoppe on my Google search for Scottish fare and thankfully I did. I ordered a variety of pies, treats and other snacks for delivery. The meat pies and bridies were so delicious and wonderful. The black pudding, slice, and steak and gravy pies were excellent! The cream horns were so tasty and fully filled. Having the Club bars, Flake, and Buttons were nice to have on hand. Delivery was very efficient and when one of the chocolates I ordered were sold out they contacted me and suggested a replacement which I accepted. I will definitely be ordering from here again. Unlike the King's Cross, I was treated with way better respect here. Food was fresh and nothing was expired. I had a wide variety of options to choose from, I didn't feel rushed, I had help when I needed it, and the staff was happy to be working there. I would love to give 5 stars, but I haven't attended this shop enough yet to make sure this level of standard is constant, but if, after going a few more times, I find it it, I'll be happy to upgrade my review to 5 stars.
Ordered online got more than half of my order wrong but they were happy to fix it. Went to shop while I was in town, found their potato scones very thin, when cooked there isn't much to them. Nice variety of product though, a bit small for shopping so very hard to keep 6ft.

We just got home from travel to the USA and are in a 14 day quarantine and we're not allowed to grocery shop. We couldn't find any store that would deliver before 2 weeks time. We're very fortunate to have such a kind caring business in Bowmanville.
