I had a bad first-time experience eating here. I felt rushed to finish eating to leave. My order was late to come because the server took the iPad menu before I could punch in to order my food. So I assumed the server saw my food and punched the order in for me. I waited for 20-30 minutes realizing that my order hasn’t come yet, and usually whenever I eat at pho restaurants when it’s not busy at all, the pho soup along with the rest of the order comes within 5-10 minutes. The server came and realized this. Because it was close to closing time, the server kept coming to take some stuff from my table. And the server would try to come and take some stuff that I was still using to eat ie. condiments, etc and also tried clearing the table as I was still eating. I don’t like feeling rushed when I’m eating, especially when I’m only midway through my meal. And the fact that they were hinting at kicking me out early by trying to clear my table because it was close to closing time was very annoying. Overall, the food was bland. I felt rushed to eat. And I also actually felt rushed to order. (Mind you, I came around 8:30PM. And closing time was 10PM this day. So I made sure to order right away so that I was out of their hair well before closing time.) Don’t think I feel like coming back after that experience.
I have the chicken pho with rare beef and a crispy spring rolls and they were very delicious. I would recommend. I am happy to return and try other dishes.
The food at Pho was excellent. Alice was an excellent server. Very friendly and helpful. I would recommend a visit to this restaurant in Bowmanville anytime. Thank Alice.
Great service and food! Love that the pho and soup dishes are packed with lots of noodles. The service was super fast, I don't think we waited more than 15 mins for our food and we ordered 4 dishes! Definitely recommend
Food is amazing. Very clean and the staff are super friendly. Really quick service definitely recommend to come here. It’s now our favourite pho place! Kelly and Stacy are welcoming and sweet!
The service was like throwing the tablet on our table. No communication before,during, or at the end. The food wasn't serve at the same time. No one checked if we like the food. The waitress was very busy with her cellphone during the all time.
The ordering system is ridiculous and hard to navigate. Just give me a menu and then take my order. Food is barely mediocre. Service is poor. Will not return.
