✨ This place is incredible! The flavours were next-level every bite was unreal and the drink menu had me guessing with each sip trying to pick out all the unique flavours. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We went all in and tried the frog legs, beef tartare, chicken supreme, jambalaya, and finished with the lemon crème brûlée special… absolutely chef’s kiss. Pair that with their homemade cocktails and wow what a night. Can’t wait to plan our next dining experience here! ️?
Service was decent considering there was only 1 person working the lunch rush.. The chicken salad sandwich was probably the worst sandwich I have EVER ordered in a restaurant.. The multi grain bread was so small, over toasted to the point it was of the consistency on a crouton.. The creme brule crust was thicker than it probably needed to be. The custard in the brule was good.. Nothing special about the Tomato soup.. The atmosphere was great.. My wife's ordered the Bacon Jam sandwich and she gave me half of hers and it was great.. Pls make the chicken salad sandwich on the sourdough bread.. the Multi grain bread tasted like I was eating chicken salad on Melba Toast..
Ate here about a week ago, absolutely loved it. Made reservations for 7pm on a Wednesday, place was fairly full when we arrived but cleared out within an hour or so. The space is somewhat small, making it nice to go a bit later. & the service was very attentive. We had the French onion broth/soup, braised short rib, jambalaya, and crème brûlée, and ice cream for dessert. It was all great food, but highlights were the French onion (interesting take on a classic), and the crème brûlée (great portion and great flavour). We spent around $200 for our meal, including a bottle of wine. & we’ll definitely be back.
The food was delicious and local. My young kids love the steak on breads which they stole from my husband. The service was busy. The dishes took a little longer but that was worth waiting for. The owner was so nice. She knew some sign language so we felt welcomed.
Shame on me for not being here after 5 years. The best quality, and quantity you can find in Clarington. Fabulous staff! A food lov rs dream And drink mixology heaven ? GO!!
What a gem. We stopped here while passing through based on the reviews and were not let down. Food, service and vibe were excellent. We sat at the bar and had the beet and arugula salad, the steak tartare, lamb shank and salmon. Everything was amazing. I wasn’t drinking but cocktails looked great too. Highly recommend.
One of the best beef tartare I've had. The meat could be a bit more red. The taste was amazing g though. The hero was the spicy sauce. It went very well with the beef tartare.
